Review basisCurrent official information
What to report
- An outdated authority, portal, form or procedure.
- A regional rule presented as if it applied nationally.
- A source that no longer supports the statement.
- An incorrect date, document label or process stage.
- Wording that could be mistaken for personalised legal advice.
- A broken internal or official-source link.
What to include
Send the page URL, the exact passage, why it appears wrong and the current official source when available. Do not attach identity documents, permits or personal case files.
How reports are handled
- The report is matched to the relevant page and topic.
- The current official source, jurisdiction and any regional difference are checked.
- The page is corrected, clarified, redirected to a more suitable guide or left unchanged with an explanation.
- A material revision updates the relevant modification or verification information.
Minor and material corrections
Spelling, formatting and non-substantive label repairs are minor. A change to the answer, official route, authority, scope, process stage or reader action is material and receives a visible date or note where appropriate.
